DENIAL FIEND: Debut Album Released With Bonus DVD

DENIAL FIEND, the Tampa, Florida-based band featuring in its ranks Terry Butler (SIX FEET UNDER, ex-MASSACRE, ex-DEATH),Kam Lee (ex-MASSACRE, ex-MANTAS),Curt Beeson (NASTY SAVAGE, LOWBROW) and Sam Williams (DOWN BY LAW, PSEUDO HEROES),released "They Rise" on Ibex Moon Records on October 16. The album, which was recorded at GL Studios in Brandon, Florida, retails with a bonus DVD called "Undead Vision", which is a short documentary/interview disc covering the history of the band members and the Tampa death metal scene, as well as offering more information on the origins of DENIAL FIEND.

The track "Return to the Tombs of the Cursed Blind Dead", which features a guest appearance by Mike Browning (ex-MORBID ANGEL, NOCTURNUS),can be heard on the DENIAL FIENDMySpace page.

DENIAL FIEND's "Dead Awakening" 7" EP was released on May 21 through Ibex Moon Records. The EP consists of two alternate versions of the tracks "They Rise" and "Cover Me in Blood", which appear on the band's full-length. The pressing is limited to a mere 500 copies.
